Job Title: Business Development Consultant
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Director
Reports in: No direct reports
Purpose of Job
To be responsible for generating revenue/profit contribution from new broker relationships and improving revenue/profit contribution from existing brokers.
Principal Responsibilities
Operating nationally, to develop and build on the existing network of brokers. Maintaining high visibility and profile within the business market place and network to raise the profile of both the company and yourself.
You will ideally (not essential) come from a financial services industry with business development experience, looking for a new career opportunity which is challenging and offers excellent progression. Working in a target/results driven position, you will have the ability to establish positive working relationships with customers and other external organisations to enhance the companies' image and reputation.
Knowledge

Attendance
Normal full time attendance is 40 hours per week working Monday – Friday between 9:30am and 6pm. However, a need may arise from time to time where flexibility in the hours will be required.
Qualification Level Required
Essential:
Sound basic education, numerate with demonstrably good use of English, written and oral
Demonstrable potential for further development
GCSE Maths and English
Full driving licence
Desirable:
Educated to A level standard or above

We will offer you a competitive salary and an achievable target related bonus
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 Basic
OTE £30,000 - £35,000
